Ipad for companies

I report an interesting survey conducted by Citrix on
interest by the corporate world, with the iPad.

494 subjects who were interviewed, so far,
indicated a high rate of adoption of iPad as a business tool.

To be clear this is not the cross-section of all firms, but
a sample mostly consists of customers of Citrix.

The high level of support for the Apple device appears to endorse the idea
iPad that could be the forerunner for many companies

Here are the data collected from the survey:

• 80% purchase and use the iPad for their own business;

• 84% of people imagine that your company will purchase iPad;

• 50% of employees expect their iPad is provided by the company;

• 87% of the App App imagine that will be used primarily in the sector "productivity"

• 90% of respondents iPad use for corporate email, followed by
ability to view, edit and create presentations. Almost 60% of respondents said that they will use
iPad for online meetings and to access critical business information;

• concerning the expected benefits, 90% indicated an increased ability to work remotely,
home, or anywhere and 74% showed an improvement in productivity and satisfaction
